Act relating to guidelines and standards for state training programs;          
relating to the Alaska Human Resource Investment Council;                      
extending the termination date of the state training and employment            
program; and providing for an effective date was not taken up this             
legislative day and the bill was referred to the Secretary for                 
engrossment.
